Spotted an inaccuracy, a typo, a wrong figure, or a rank, name or appointment that does not match the source? Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, include the link to the article and a source. We correct our errors as soon as they are reported and verified. You can also use the form at the bottom of each article.

A story we have missed, an official announcement or a development you think deserves coverage? Send us only public information and links: the link to an official statement, a press release or a report published by an identified outlet. Please never send classified, sensitive or operational material, nor personal data of serving personnel — names, postings, addresses, phone numbers or photographs of individuals and their families. We only cover news we can attribute to a named source and we do not publish unverified claims, so we cannot act on anonymous rumours or viral posts.

Mission Victory India is a news site. We are not an official channel of the Armed Forces or of the Ministry of Defence, and we cannot take requests for recruitment, pensions or service matters, nor pass messages to units or to serving personnel. For these matters, please go to the official sources: the website of the Ministry of Defence, the recruiting bodies of the Services and the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare.
We are not an emergency service either: if you have information about an imminent threat, please contact the police or the competent authorities directly.
Beware of e-mails or messages that claim to come from Mission Victory India and ask for money, documents or personal details, or that promise recruitment or a job: we never ask for payment, we do not recruit for the armed forces, and our only e-mail address is newsroom@missionvictoryindia.com. Never send us passwords, OTPs, bank or card details, or Aadhaar or PAN numbers: we will never ask you for them.

- Corrections: handled as a priority.
- Grievances, copyright and takedown requests: we aim to acknowledge them within 24 hours and to resolve them within 15 days.
