Presently appointed as Professor Emeritus in the Dept.of Psychology, S.P. Pune University. Served the university for more than last 30 years.

Published 30 research papers in the National and international journals and presented more than 50 papers in the conferences and seminars at national and international levels.

Guided 20 Ph. D. Students. Specialised in Industrial Psychology and provided consultancy to several public and private sector organisations. Some of which include Mahindra and Mahindra Nasik, Reserve Bank of India.
