Colonel CM Chavan

Col. CM Chavan was commissioned into the Corps of Army Air Defence (AAD) in 1974. He is a postgraduate in MBA and has served in Fd Arty Bde and Mtn Div. He has had four field tenures despite being from AAD, including one stint in the Assam Rifles. He took premature retirement in 1998.

He has had a successful tenure of eighteen years in the Corporate Sector as Head HR & Admin and has dealt with major political unions successfully. Col Chavan Presently is a Chief Trainer and Personality Developer with 'Gurdeva's Academy', coaching candidates for SSB.
